These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to Noi, a language-learning application
for Android (package name com.noi.learning). By downloading or using Noi,
you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You need an account to use Noi. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity on your account. Please give accurate information when you create it.
Some lessons are available only with a Noi Premium subscription. The current price is shown in the app before you buy.
We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use Noi for your own learning. Please do not:
Noi's lessons, audio, images, and design belong to Noi or its licensors. We work to make the lessons accurate, but language content can contain mistakes, and Noi is a study aid, not a substitute for professional translation or instruction. We may add, change, or remove lessons and features over time.
You can stop using Noi at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the account deletion page). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms.
Noi is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that it will always be available, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, Noi and its developer are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Noi in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
Our Privacy Policy explains what information Noi collects and how it is used.
We may update these Terms as Noi changes. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app. Continuing to use Noi after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
