Delete Your Noi Account and Data
Noi — language-learning app for Android (com.noi.learning)
You can request deletion of your Noi account and the personal data we store
for you in the cloud. This page explains how to make that request and what
happens to your data.
How to request deletion
-
Send an email to
noisoftwaresupport@gmail.com
from the email address linked to your Noi account.
- Use the subject line: Delete my Noi account.
-
In the message, ask us to delete your Noi account and associated data.
You do not need to include your password.
We will verify that the request comes from the account owner and process
deletion within 30 days.
Data that will be deleted
When your deletion request is processed, we delete:
- Your Firebase Authentication account (email/password or Google-linked sign-in)
- Your cloud learning data in Firebase Firestore, including lesson progress, quiz history, settings, session activity, and related records stored under your user ID
- Your subscriber status and other profile fields stored in Firestore
Data that may be kept
-
Crash and diagnostic logs already sent to Firebase Crashlytics
or Firebase Analytics before your request may be retained by Google for a
limited period under Google’s own retention policies. We do not control
Google’s internal retention schedules.
-
Local data on your device (cached lesson media, local progress
copies, and app preferences) is not removed automatically when we delete your
cloud account. Uninstall the Noi app from your device to remove local data,
or clear the app’s storage in Android settings.
After deletion
Once deletion is complete, you will not be able to sign in with the same
account or recover your cloud learning progress. You may create a new account
later, but previous progress will not be restored.
